Red's Running Class!

It was a little chilly as we began the Spring session of Red's Running Class.  As is customary - on the first day we always run the one mile and record our time.  Then five weeks from now we will run the mile again and measure our improvement.  In between,  we will run, have fun and get in shape!!  But without further ado - below are the times from last night's One Mile Run.
